It is common for us to offer a full service allowing you to be hands-off to focus on your other investments or businesses however we will consider offering partial services, particularly for larger schemes or to complement your own proficiencies or enhance your previously engaged teams. In the first instance, we tend to source properties and land local to Bromley with development potential and write an investment report on the potential site which outlines the likely development size, opportunities, risks, build cost, end value and likely profits to assist your investment decision-making.
